Retirement Living in Mississauga

When is the right Time to Move?

Retirement Living in Mississauga, Etobicoke and West Toronto

Many 50- plus and seniors are at the cross roads of deciding whether now is the right time to downsize or possibly look at a retirement home, and in some cases a nursing home. This decision can sometimes be confusing, stressful and a little overwhelming when it comes to choosing which lifestyle will be suitable for your needs, or simply to stay where you are right now. I have helped many 50-plus and seniors through these difficult decisions over the last seven years, including my own father.

My "Accredited Senior Agent" designation allows me to help individuals make an informed decision about their future. I can help make this transition to a smaller home, retirement home or nursing home in Mississauga, Etobicoke or West Toronto much easier. With the population of Canada aging, the old ways of selling will not provide the diligence and services that will be needed in coming years. I have been trained to deliver excellence of service to those in the mature and senior markets, and their families, who will need special consideration.

I understand the basics of real estate tax planning, estates, capital gains, transition moving and for those in need, care facilities, home services available from the community care government agencies and how to tap into those services, care takers, and other related services.

As a real estate professional I recognize that there is a lot more to listing and selling a home than just the paper process. It takes time, it takes patience, it takes consideration of an individual's special needs and it requires a strong team of experts both within and outside of real estate.

I have a full compliment of top quality financial advisers, tax consultants, appraisers, handymen, transition managers and many other professionals.

My professional philosophy is to make sure I spend the time in understanding what is important to you. I ask a lot of questions, and I am a great listener. Taking the next step, to remain where you are, or to move is a major milestone in life and patience is the key.

There are more then 90,000 Realtors in Canada and less than one per cent have earned the prestigious Accredited Senior Agent professional designation. I am proud to be in this elite group and am looking forward to being of service to you or to those whom you may refer me.

One of the steps that will help you in your decisions about moving is to determine what some of your options are or what you can actually afford. You therefore need to determine the value of your current home. I can provide you with a detailed analysis of the value of your home to ensure you are making an informed decision. This analysis is at 'NO CHARGE', and you are under no obligation to list your home with me at the end of this analysis. My aim is to help make your decision for downsizing and or to retirement living in Mississauga, Etobicoke or West Toronto an easier one. I am an experienced Mississauga Sutton Group Quantum agent and dedicated to outstanding customer service.
