A. Choosing the right price is key:

  • Your property sells faster, because it is exposed to more qualified buyers.
  • Your home doesn't lose its "marketability."
  • The closer to market value, the higher the offers.
  • A well-priced property can generate competing offers.
  • Real Estate Professionals will be enthusiastic about presenting your property to buyers.

I will prepare a comparative market analysis for your home based on the most current market information. Together we will establish the right list price for your home.

B. Exposure:

It is important to get as much exposure as possible through as many techniques as possible. My marketing and advertising techniques are second to none. But today’s buyers are more savvy than ever. You therefore need to get maximum exposure, especially on the Internet. This is where I excel.

I  use the services of a professional house photographer who takes dozens of wonderful photos and also a Virtual tour of your home.  Once your home is listed the pictures and tour are immediately  posted to the appropriate Multiple Listing Web site that allows all Real Estate Agents who participate in the MLS Service to view these pictures. I also post your listing and pictures to my own Web site,   and (Canada’s biggest public site).

I also create full colour customized feature sheets. These are vital for buyers to take with them when they view your property. After all, if they see dozens of homes in a matter of days, how will they remember all the great features your house has to offer?

C. Condition of your home

A house that is spic and span, smells fresh, is uncluttered, has all small repairs completed, and has a current colour scheme (or freshly painted in neutrals) will definitely bring in a higher price. Once I see your home I can make suggestions as to what  changes, fixes, accessories you might want to make to display your home to its best advantage. I also use the services of several professionals  Home Stagers to help display your home to its maximium potential.
